There is a strict NO REFUND policy. Exchanges of equal value only. Exchanges will only be accepted on products unworn and in original packaging. Exchanges will only be accepted on orders returned within 15 days of the shipping date. Customer is responsible for fees associated with exchange shipments. Any products that are worn or not in the same condition that they were received will be shipped back to you at your cost. Please include note containing name, order number and the new item you would like to receive in exchange for enclosed item.

We currently only offer shipping in the US.
All orders will be processed within 24 hours and will be delivered within 5-7 business days after order is processed. All orders placed after 4pm on Fridays will be processed the following business day. If that following business day falls on a holiday then your order will processed the next business day.
Standard Shipping will be received between 4-7 business days AFTER order is processed.
Express Shipping will be received between 3-5 business days AFTER order is processed.
Local pickup is only available for customers in Dayton, Ohio. For same day pickup orders must be placed by 3pm that day. Once order is placed an email will be sent to confirm location and time for pickup. Orders purchased under local pickup option will have to be claimed within 1-2 business days otherwise they will be shipped to address on file and a shipping charge will be rendered.
